Yoder Smokers YS480/YS640 Cast Iron Griddle

The Yoder Smokers Cast Iron Griddle is made with two sides for cooking in your YS480 and YS640 Pellet Grill. The smooth side without ridges is perfect for eggs, pancakes or a grilled cheese sandwich, while the flip side with raised ridges will give you grill lines on your chicken, fish, hamburgers and steaks.

The griddle is crafted from heavy-duty cast iron for optimal heat retention and thorough, even heating. Care for your Yoder Smokers Griddle just like a cast-iron skillet - wash by hand, dry with a paper towel, and lightly season with cooking oil so it's prepped for your next cook.
