Kamado Joe Big Joe Half Moon Soapstone - BJ-HCGSSTONE

Great for a variety of foods, including fish, meats, and vegetables, the Soapstone Cooking surface is anti-bacterial and stain-resistant so you never have to worry about cross-contamination or messy cleanup. The thick Canadian soapstone slab distributes heat evenly and keeps juices inside the meat for a flavor-packed meal. The soapstone surface also inhibits flare-ups, meaning less burnt meat and added safety. The non-porous surface of this soapstone slab makes it easier than ever to grill tender meats, delicate fish, and fresh vegetables without worrying about sticking to the grilling surface and breaking apart. This fits Big Joe.
