Mr. Parra tinkered around and created \u003cem\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eOrtodoxy\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/em\u003e, using barrels that used to hold Rum (working in a Rum distillery helped). He selfishly produced Ortodoxy for his \u003cem\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eown consumption\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/em\u003e for years. But luckily, the delightful crystal clear potion was made \u003cem\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eavailable to everyone\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/em\u003e.\u003cbr\u003e\r\n\r\n\t \u003cbr\u003e\r\n\r\n\tOne of the main deviations for \u003cem\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eOrtodoxy Gin\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/em\u003e is that it’s base Spirit is cane, and each botanical is distilled separately before its blended. Then, they mature the concoction in ex-Rum oak barrels for 35 weeks before they filter it.
